Betty “Frances” Stanley, 71, of Sharpsburg, GA passed away Sunday, February 19, 2012. Frances was born to Carmel Tucker and Pauline Vanhoy Tucker in Elkin, North Carolina on June 30, 1940. She is survived by her loving husband Romas Allen Stanley of Sharpsburg; son Ricky Stanley & wife Kelly of Atlanta; daughter Paula Wilcox & husband Bret of Sharpsburg; grandchildren Brennan & Bryce Wilcox, Rick & Brittany Guthrie; great-grandchildren Paityn & Landon Guthrie; sisters Lorene Pardue, Clara Bayliff and brother Howard Tucker..
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at 12:00 noon at Carl J. Mowell & Son, Peachtree City with Pastor Ralph Stanley & Pastor Lee Ayers officiating.
