Obituary for Shirley Trainer Adkins

Shirley Trainer Adkins, 83, of Fayetteville passed away at home on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. She was a former legal secretary for Robins and Williams. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Jack Adkins, her son Curtis Wayne Adkins; her granddaughter, Jacquelyn A. LeFevers and her brother, Donald Eugene Trainer. She is survived by her sons, Todd M. Adkins and Randy Schroath (Kathy); and her daughters, Jaynel LeFevers (Jerry) and Stephanie A. Redman (William); 26 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville, GA, with Rev. Clare Whitlock officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 PM at Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville prior to the service.
