Captain Victor Ayers, U. S. Air Force Retired, passed away August 17, 2008. He was a Pilot in the Air Force in WW II, Korea and Viet Nam and was also a 25 year Pilot for U.S. Air. He was preceded in death by his wife, Debra Ayers; son, Victor Felix Ayers, III. Survived by his daughter, Rusty Diemer of Plainfield, IN; grandchildren, Curtis Diemer, Lindsay Diemer, Patrick Diemer, Colleen Diemer, Emily Ayers; sister, Betty Sawyer of Vallejo, CA; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday August 22 at 10 AM in the chapel of Carl J. Mowell & Son. The family will receive friends between the hours of 5 until 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
