Hamilton Max Strong

Mr. Hamilton Max Strong, age 74, of Peachtree City passed away July 15, 2008. He was preceded in death by a son, Jay Brenton Strong. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Shirley Strong of Peachtree City; children, Terri and Brad Koehn of Peachtree City, Cynthia Rhoades of Senoia, John and Brea Strong of Peachtree City; grandchildren, Amy, Andrew, Amanda, Chelsea, Nicholas, Jonathan, Logan; great grandchildren, Riley, Ashley, Emily; sister, Linda Foxworthy of Freemont, NE; twin brother, Benjamin Strong of Lake Havasu City, AZ.

Memorial services will be held Friday July 18 at 1 PM in the chapel of Carl J. Mowell & Son with Chaplin Dan Akins officiating. The family will receive friends between the hours of 12 noon until 1 PM Friday at the funeral home.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you. We both worked at Nature's Nursery in Fayetteville, where Max and Shirley were regular customers. We remember them well, and how much fun they seemed to have while out shopping together. Max was a great man, and we would always talk about football!
